Job Overview:
This Job Role provides critical support to the Executive Director, Musical Director, and Staff. You should anticipate a heavy emphasis on Client Relations, Staff Management and Studio Management. It is important that daily business operations are taken care of effectively and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate Client Appointments, Performance Events, and Virtual Music Lessons via Zoom
Manage Teachers and Staff to make sure they are provided with proper materials, equipment, and information regarding their schedule for their lessons.
Plan, organize, and coordinate functions and special events such as Recitals, Band Performances, and Camps
Coordinate all Zoom Lessons. Set up lessons and send out invitations via Email to the proper Client.
Manage Social Media Accounts, use content to create social media posts and create Facebook Ads marketing audiences
Manage Pike13 Functionality – Setting up Plans, Passes, and Single Purchases
Manage Clients Pike13 Account to make sure payments are up to date and Plans are effectively running.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Make sure Studio is organized and coordinate with staff to help maintain the functionality of the studio.
Needs Assessment: Making sure that we have the proper materials to successfully operate the studio.
Qualifications:
Applicant must have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Familiar with operating different software and social media platforms
Must be an effective communicator with proficient interpersonal skills
